Our products do not contain any harmful substances, as we do not use any kind of glue or insulation during the manufacture of the walls and ceilings. The construction of the house is reliable due to the special joints of all coupling details and due to the extraordinary floor plan. The shrinkage of the house is completely excluded.
Our company manufactures not only a dry timber\beams and timber wall panels. We produce the complete kits of houses, that is, on your request we will design the architectural project of your future house. We will consider all your ideas and suggestions, approving all kinds of joints, diameters of posts and beams, types of ceilings, the thickness of walls. Also we will discuss the grade and species of wood and of course, the views of your house(interior and exterior) and even the color of the walls outside and inside the house. After that, we will produce and install the kit at your construction site.

It should be noted that the proposed timber is designed for the construction of technology " Post and beam technology by ITIS." This method of construction allows to build in a short time the frame, which is made of the processed logs and simultaneously to install the finished timber walls (of required thickness ) between the logs.
Our company has started the production of timber walls of different thickness: from 90mm - 450mm with a truly revolutionary way of joining of wood-slat parts(lamellas) along the length with a special "dowel-pins" (patent №2507354, utility model patents №129537), i.e without the use of adhesives and composite equipment. The timber of detailed assembly is gathered of lamella of softwood and from hardwood, and also can be made from softwood and hardwood simultaneously: external lamella timber - larch, middle lamella - spruce, fir or pine, and the inner lamella of cedar, birch, aspen, chestnut, oak or any other wood.
The principle of designing a house is based on location of boiler room\wc section in the center of the house.
Designing the floor plans our specialists suggested using this section as the mainstay in houses which are built in “post and beam” technology. This greatly improved the seismic resistance of a house, the ventilation and air circulation, and it helps to organize the space in studio around the section and combine it into a comfortable living room.
